Job summary

I-Grace in Los Angeles seeks a Project Development Coordinator to support proposals, business development, and client relationships across the full lifecycle of luxury residential projects. You will work closely with the SVP and Project Development Manager, coordinating intake, documentation, and collateral, and helping maintain momentum with owners, architects, and designers.

Qualifications

  • BA or related degree; equivalent construction experience.
  • Experience with high-end residential projects and luxury brands.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Proficiency in CAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license; travel for client-facing needs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as initial contact for clients, architects, and designers on new projects.
  • Support SVP and Manager in driving prospective projects and maintaining momentum with stakeholders.

  • Document and organize prospective project information and scopes of work.
  • Organize and submit prospect approval forms.
  • Partner with teams to develop client touchpoints and engagement initiatives.
  • Learn portfolio and stay current on active projects and relationships.
  • Assist SVP in preparing for internal Business Development meetings.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Project Development Coordinator is a client-facing support role within I-Grace’s Project Development Team, reporting to the Senior Vice President and supporting the cultivation of new project opportunities and the maintenance of relationships with owners, architects, and designers across the full lifecycle of a project.

Working closely with the SVP and Project Development Manager, this individual provides essential coordination and administrative support across proposals, business development initiatives, events, and digital collateral. The Project Development Coordinator brings a proactive, detail-oriented approach that keeps the team organized and client relationships well supported.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & RELATIONSHIP SUPPORT
  • Act as an initial point of contact for clients, architects, and designers on new projects
  • Support the SVP and Manager in driving prospective projects forward, maintaining momentum and regular communication with relevant stakeholders
  • Attend networking, business development meetings, and events representing I-Grace
  • Coordinate intake, development, and documentation of new project opportunities and inquiries
  • Keep detailed notes and create reports on existing relationships and active prospects
PROPOSALS & PROJECT COORDINATION
  • Assist with the development of proposals and solutions to client problems, coordinating I-Grace resources for implementation
  • Support the creation of proposals and materials for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including editing or drafting written copy, identifying relevant portfolio items, and creating graphics using InDesign, Creative Cloud, Bluebeam, and Excel
  • Contribute to defining and developing scopes of work and potential corresponding phases of work
  • Document and organize prospective project information including drawings, photographs, written reports, and scopes of work
  • Organize and submit prospect approval forms
INTERNAL COLLABORATION & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
  • Partner with all I-Grace teams to develop client touchpoints, gifting, seasonal outreaches, and engagement initiatives
  • Learn I-Grace’s portfolio and stay current on the scope of active projects and relationships
  • Assist the SVP in preparing for internal Business Development meetings; attend and take meeting notes
  • Provide administrative assistance including expenses, scheduling, filing, and travel arrangements
BRAND & DIGITAL PRESENCE
  • Assist with the organization and execution of events showcasing I-Grace
  • As directed, organize, edit, and update I-Grace digital collateral and digital portfolio
  • Manage and update the contact database
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in architecture, interior design, project management, or high-end residential private property management
  • BA in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; or equivalent construction experience
  • Experience working on high-end residential projects and/or within luxury brands
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawing sets
  • Knowledge of technical architectural components, formal architectural styles, and corresponding phases of the design process
  • Proficiency in CAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; preferred for client-facing travel throughout the New York area

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience.
