Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Custom Home Project Manager in Park City, Utah to lead luxury residential projects from permit through delivery. You will coordinate schedules, trade partners, and budgets to ensure quality and on-time completion for up to $5M homes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Construction Management or have 5+ years in luxury residential construction, with strong knowledge of codes, blueprints, and BuilderTrend usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or 5+ years in luxury residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and blueprint reading.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; BuilderTrend experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction process from permit to owner delivery.
• Generate and update project schedules and coordinate trade partners.
• Ensure selections and specs meet quality standards and budget.
• Call and prepare for municipal inspections and warranty through year one.
• Communicate with Owner with progress updates and photos.
• Manage on-site trade partners and crews; schedule daily productivity.
• Conduct daily site walks and maintain active punch lists.
• Perform quality control checks at each phase.
• Maintain daily logs and photo documentation.

Job Details

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the daily construction process of the home from permit approval through job completion and delivery to the Owner. They are responsible for all daily activity, and all phases of construction, including generating and updating project schedules, coordinating trade partners, materials, equipment, ensuring that selections and specifications are being strictly followed, and that the work is within desired quality standards and within budget. Furthermore, the Project Manager shall be responsible for calling and preparing for municipal inspections, quality control, job site safety, and stormwater management, and warranty through the first year of home delivery. They will directly communicate with the Owner and provide schedule and photo updates of the project as it progresses.

• Oversee and schedule all trade partners and on-site personnel.
• Ensure daily productivity of labor, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct daily site walks and maintain an active punch list.
• Perform quality control checks at each construction phase.
• Maintain daily logs and photo documentation.
• Manage task completions in BuilderTrend for A/P processing.
• Document and resolve safety, environmental, and compliance issues.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure readiness.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site.
• Run multiple high-end residential projects concurrently.
• Support budgeting, bidding, and subcontractor awards.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain SDS files.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's in Construction Management or 5+ years in luxury residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and blueprint reading.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; BuilderTrend experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities.
