Job summary

Kimmel Associates is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in South Florida to oversee 2–4 luxury custom homes from preconstruction through handover. You will coordinate homeowners, architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure organized, on-budget, on-schedule execution with the highest craftsmanship.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of progressive construction experience, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive construction experience, including 5+ years in Project Management or project leadership
• Proven experience managing luxury custom homes or high-end residential construction
• Experience managing multiple complex, ground-up residential projects
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost-control skills
• Proven subcontractor and trade partner management experience
• Excellent communication skills with homeowners, architects, designers, and consultants
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, means, and methods
• Working knowledge of Florida building codes, permitting, and South Florida construction practices
• Proficiency with Procore and construction management software
• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Must live within approximately one hour of Palm Beach Gardens

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and workmanship
• Manage RFIs, submittals, inspections, documentation, and project deliverables
• Identify risks, delays, and scope issues early and develop solutions
• Participate in estimating, budgeting, and buyout during preconstruction

About the Position

This is an opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager who understands what it takes to deliver genuinely high-end custom homes where details matter, expectations are high, and quality cannot be compromised.

Based in the Jupiter area, the Project Manager will oversee 2–4 luxury custom homes at a time, taking ownership from preconstruction through final handover. This position works closely with homeowners, architects, designers, consultants, subcontractors, Superintendents, and internal teams to ensure projects are organized, financially controlled, on schedule, and executed to the highest standards.
