Job summary

4Wall Entertainment is seeking a Live Events Project Manager in New Jersey to plan, develop and execute complex productions. You will coordinate with account executives and clients, define objectives, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on experience with lighting, rigging, servers, and related software, plus strong organizational and communication skills. Travel and fieldwork are expected, with a standard full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Theatre or a related field is required.
• Working knowledge of production lighting, LED, rigging, and servers is required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, AutoCAD/Vectorworks and inventory software is expected.

We are looking for a Live EventsProject Managerto come join the 4Wall team!

What you will be doing:

While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for directly interacting with account executives and clients to plan, develop and execute a project. Throughout the project’s life cycle, the Project Manager will define objectives, always maintain quality control and support client relations.

What you bring to the table:

Our ideal candidate will have Working knowledge of production lighting, LED, rigging and servers, proficiency in project and task management, and applications such as Word Excel, AutoCAD/Vectorworks and inventory software systems, will have programming and computer networking skills, as well as being extremely organized and have excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.

What you should know:

• This position isfull time.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Technical Theatre or a similar field (or equivalent professional experience) is required.
• Production / Stagehand experience is preferred.
• Project Managers work both in an office environment as well as in the field onsite at each project.
• Project Managers work a standard work week but may be required to work evenings and weekends to meet project milestones.

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $140,000
