Job summary

4Wall Entertainment in the United States is seeking a General Manager to lead a key location, directing operations and ensuring top-tier customer service across rentals, sales and systems.

You will oversee budgeting, equipment quality, staff productivity and the pursuit of revenue targets while maintaining cost controls. This full-time role offers growth opportunities across U.S. locations and a salary range of $125,000 to $200,000 per year.

What you will be doing:

While every day is different at 4Wall, The General Manager (GM) will serve as the primary point of contact for their location and provide leadership for or all aspects of operations, management of 4Wall Lighting Entertainment initiatives. The GM manages all aspects of the location’s income producing operations, specifically its rentals, sales and systems departments. They are responsible for the profitability of the location and the efficiency of its operations. The GM monitors the financial budget, monitors the quality of the location’s rental equipment and services and ensures maximum customer satisfaction. They are responsible for not only the quality of gear and service, but also the efficiency and productivity of the entire staff to ensure maximum revenue generation, cost control and profitability.

This position is full time. Salary Range: $125,000 - $200,000.
