Job summary

Michael Page, Milford, MA, seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee life science construction projects in the commercial sector, coordinating budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and teams to deliver high-profile programs.

The role requires onsite work at Hopkinton and project sites, travel within Greater Boston and Eastern/Central Massachusetts, and close collaboration with Project Executives to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction-related experience.
• Interest in or experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Ability to work onsite and in-office as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
• Residence within approximately 45 minutes of Hopkinton, MA.

Responsibilities

• Manage or assist in managing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and project documentation.
• Support field operations and maintain communication between clients, design teams, and construction teams.
• Work on life sciences, healthcare, infrastructure, and MEP projects.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office tools to track project progress and documentation.
• Participate in site visits and project meetings across the Greater Boston and Eastern/Central Massachusetts region.
• Collaborate with Project Executives and senior leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
• Report directly to a Project Executive.
• Work from the Hopkinton office and project sites based on project requirements.
