Job summary

Lummi Nation Job Center is seeking a Project Manager - Level III to support Planning and Public Works in planning, execution, and documentation of infrastructure projects. The role requires capital project management, grant writing, technical writing, and GIS/AutoCAD expertise to ensure regulatory compliance and successful delivery.

The Project Manager collaborates with engineers, planners and external stakeholders, acting as the owner's representative to coordinate development and capital

Qualifications

• Experience planning, executing and documenting infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in capital project management, grant writing, and technical writing.
• Ability to review development and capital projects with regulatory awareness.
• Experience in land surveying and preparing legal descriptions using GIS/AutoCAD.
