Job summary

Lummi Nation Job Center is seeking a Project Manager - Level III to support Planning and Public Works in planning, execution, and documentation of infrastructure projects. The role requires capital project management, grant writing, technical writing, and GIS/AutoCAD expertise to ensure regulatory compliance and successful delivery.

Qualifications

Project Manager - Level III

The Project Manager supports the Planning and Public Works department byassisting in the planning, execution, and documentation of various infrastructure. CapitalImprovement Projects and development projects. This role requires proficiency in technical tasksincluding capital project management, grant writing, technical writing, development and capitalproject review, land surveying, preparation of legal descriptions, and expertise in GeographicInformation Systems (GIS) and AutoCAD software. The Project Manager acts as the owner's representative and collaborates with engineers, planners, and external stakeholders to ensureprojects are delivered efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards.
