Job summary

Gladiatoremergence is seeking a Level 4 Project Manager to lead complex government programs at Fort Meade, MD. The role requires TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly clearance and on-site presence to manage multi‑level contractor and government teams.

The candidate will oversee Level 0–3 PMs, drive cost and schedule reporting, and coordinate cross‑disciplinary efforts to resolve critical issues on large-scale contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer, business, or math related field.
• Fifteen years of program or project management experience on contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• At least three years of requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, scheduling and financial data monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Level 4 PM activities and oversee Level 0–3 PMs as assigned.
• Communicate issues and solutions to the broader government management structure as requested by senior leadership.
• Provide guidance and direct tasking for Level 0, 1, 2 and 3 PMs on the project.
• Assemble and lead cross‑disciplinary Government/Contractor teams to address urgent cost, schedule, or technical issues.

The Level 4 Project Manager shall possess the following capabilities:

• All tasks of the Level 3 project manager not performed at Level 3 due to the size and/or complexity of the project
• Communicate issues and solutions to the broader
• Government management structure as requested by senior
• Provide guidance and direct tasking for Level 0, 1, 2 and 3 project managers if any are assigned to the project
• Rapidly assemble and execute focused cross-disciplinary Government/Contractor teams to address urgent or unexpected cost, schedule, or technical program/contract issues

Qualifications

The Level 4 Project Manager shall have a Bachelor's Degree in a Computer, Business or Math related field and fifteen (15) years of experience as a program or project manager in managing projects and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required Shall have at least three (3) years of demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting Shall be knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 801 policies PMP certification, FAC-P/PM Senior Level certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 3 certification in Program Management certification is desired, although not required
