Job summary

Gladiatoremergence is seeking a Level 0 Project Manager for on-site duties at Fort Meade, MD. The role requires TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly and involves aligning regulatory requirements with contract staff and coordinating engineering change proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer, business or math-related field with two years of relevant experience in acquisition, processing, analysis or reporting.
• FAR/DFAR/DoD 5000 guidelines and ICD 801 familiarity expected.

Responsibilities

The Level 0 Project Manager shall possess the following capabilities:

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract in coordination with the Contractor's contracts staff
• Review risk and risk mitigation activities and allocate budgets for the same
• Communicate issues and solutions in a timely manner
• Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and budgets) on the effort
• Manage the activities of the project team
• Oversee the analysis, design, programming, debugging and modification of computer programs or end user applications
• Provide direction and mentoring to project team members set the appropriate goals and objectives
• Ensure the timely recruitment and training of project staff - both direct and indirect
• Ensure cross-discipline integration within the contract to meet
• Government needs
• Coordinate the preparation of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and value engineering proposals to the Government PM

Qualifications

The Level 0 Project Manager shall have a Bachelor's Degree in a Computer, Business or Math related field and two (2) years experience in two of the following system categories: acquisition, processing, analysis and reporting Shall be knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR), DoD 5000 series, and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 801 policies An Associate's Degree and an additional five (5) years may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree
