Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects in the United States. The ideal candidate will be driven to provide clients with excellent service and maintain strong governance across multiple projects.

The role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, and suppliers, tracking milestones, and delivering compliant projects while maintaining effective communication and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction.
• Strong organizational and management skills; ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
• Effective presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other reports as required.
• Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Manage interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
• Forecast and update key project milestones and budget.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field.
• Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance.
• Independent review of status reports, drawings, timelines, and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers.
• Assist in developing excellent working relationships with Clients, aiming for new opportunities.
• Provide strategic advice to project teams to achieve client and business objectives.
• Capture key information and learnings from each project.
