Job summary

Delta Dallas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee land and water transactions, including surface acquisitions, water rights, easements, right-of-way, and infrastructure projects.

You will manage due diligence, project timelines, regulatory coordination, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders from initial development through closing and construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in land acquisition/management or project management within energy, construction, mining, or infrastructure.
• Experience with land rights, easements, leases, right-of-way, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong vendor/consultant management and contracting experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and GIS tools.

• Maintain project and land records, including GIS and tracking systems.
• Provide project updates and recommendations to leadership.
