Job summary

Bohler in Melville, NY seeks a Project Manager to lead land development projects on Long Island from concept to completion. You will balance design quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance while guiding internal teams and maintaining Bohler's standards.

In this leadership role, you will serve as the primary client contact, oversee budgets and contracts, and mentor junior staff to ensure delivery excellence. A PE license is preferred and AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience in land development.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including design, permitting, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Serve as the primary client contact and ensure expectations are met through clear communication and proactive leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers and technical staff.
• Oversee financial performance, including contracts, invoicing, and change management.
• Present at public hearings, client meetings, and community sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on business development and account growth.
• Promote quality control, innovation, and continuous improvement within your team.

Pay Transparency

Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.

The base pay range for this role is $120,000 - $156,000 per year.
