Wipro Limited is seeking a seasoned Program Manager in Denver to define project scope based on client requirements, manage engagement economics, and coordinate with senior stakeholders to resolve delivery issues.

The role covers scope, schedule, and risk management, plus creating regular MIS reports and guiding technical leads. It includes pursuing proposals and ensuring quality and compliance across the project lifecycle.

• Review key deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations, quality standards, and SLAs; guide technical leads.
• Create weekly and monthly MIS reports for single LOB to track operational, quality, and fulfilment parameters.
• Escalate deviations from the project charter and ensure corrective actions.
• Undertake resource planning and allocate in line with project needs; manage attrition and performance outcomes.
• Conduct performance appraisals and guide team members on professional growth.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; collaborate with QA to integrate quality planning into execution.
• Create project estimates in line with scope, milestones and change requests.
• Assist in preparing proposals and estimates for upcoming engagements within one LOB.
• Collaborate with Directors for sprint planning, delivery updates, and stakeholder management.
• Maintain cadence with Workforce Management and Quality Assurance to ensure resource fulfilment and quality adherence.

Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to define project scope basis the client requirements, manage engagement economics as per the project estimates and collaborate with senior client stakeholders to resolve delivery issues.

Areas of responsibility

• Project Planning "Develop project scope based on business and resource requirements for a single Line of Business (LOB), ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations."
• Scope, Schedule, and Configuration Management-"Review key project deliverables prepared by the team to ensure alignment with client expectations, quality standards, and contractual SLAs. Provide feedback, guide technical leads in implementing improvements.
• Create weekly and monthly MIS reports for single LOB to track operational, quality, and fulfilment parameters.
• Escalate deviations from project charter promptly and ensure corrective actions to maintain compliance."
• Resource/Team Management-"Undertake resource planning, allocation in line with project needs and manage attrition and performance outcomes.
• Conduct performance appraisals and guide team members on professional growth and improvement."
• Quality & Risk Management-Proactively identify and assess potential project risks or issues, implement mitigation methods, and collaborate with quality assurance teams to integrate quality planning into project execution.
• Engagement Economics-Create project estimates in line with project scope, approach, milestones and manage change requests
• Pursuit Management-Assist in preparing proposals and estimates for upcoming engagements within one LOB.
• Stakeholder Management-"Collaborate with technical teams and client Directors for sprint planning, delivery issues and project updates.
• Conduct regular cadence with Workforce Management Group and Quality Assurance teams to ensure resource fulfilment and quality adherence."

Mandatory Skills: Program Management.Experience: 8-10 Years.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
