Base pay range
$115,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
- We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in managing both ground-up and renovation construction projects for K-12 and Higher Education facilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the construction industry and a proven track record of overseeing complex educational construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of K-12 and higher education construction projects, both ground-up and renovation.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of each project.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients and senior management.
- Manage risk, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality standards are met during all phases of construction.
- Foster strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in K-12 and higher education projects.
- Proven experience in managing both ground-up construction and renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project).
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
