Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple K-12 construction projects in Dayton, OH. You will manage schedules, coordinate with owners, design professionals, staff, and subcontractors, and independently drive projects to successful completion.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in construction, a proactive, self-starting attitude, and strong multitasking and scheduling abilities to keep complex programs on track and within scope.

Location: Dayton, OH (Columbus, OH candidates welcome)

Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000 + Bonuses (Negotiable based on experience)

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Project Manager to oversee K-12 construction projects. You will have the autonomy to work independently while managing multiple projects concurrently and driving them to successful completion.
