Overview

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Patient Experience team and across the Montefiore Medical Center and the Montefiore Health System.

Responsibilities

• Act as an associate advocate and ensure the program's compliance across Montefiore policy and procedures.
• Responsible for special projects, leading & supporting initiatives within the department as well as the Montefiore Medical Center, Montefiore Health System and outside vendors.
• Manage project finances and budget activities to maximize investment and increase efficiency.
• Gather, maintain and provide various reports and data.
• Support larger Network Performance Group initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Associate Degree Required - Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with project management and quality initiatives Required.
• Excellent critical thinking skills as well as effective written, oral and presentation skills.
• A demonstrated commitment to professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
• Willingness to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills as required.
• Candidate must understand how to present clinical outcomes data for healthcare delivery systems with an emphasis on measurable clinical metrics.
