This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, serving as the primary executive liaison for major customers, high-value programs, and cross-functional internal initiatives. The PM IV drives strategic project outcomes, influences business decisions, leads portfolio-level planning, and champions continuous improvement efforts across operations, engineering, production, and logistics. This individual also serves as a leadership resource for the PM team, coaching PMs I–III, guiding departmental standards, and contributing to organizational strategy as Locke Solutions scales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for key customers, major accounts, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead internal and external kickoff meetings for high-impact projects.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, and resource allocation at an advanced level.
  • Resolve high-level technical, operational, and logistical challenges across multiple disciplines.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, logistics, and sales to optimize project execution.
  • Lead complex negotiations with customers, vendors, and subcontractors as needed.
  • Oversee risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation management across all assigned projects.
  • Guide and support PM I–III roles in schedule management, cost control, communication, and execution.
  • Represent Locke Solutions in executive-level client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
Successful Results
  • Delivering multi-million-dollar, complex projects with excellence, minimal rework, and no escalations.
  • Providing executive-level communication and strategic updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strengthening long-term customer partnerships and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve company-wide project goals.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of PM processes, documentation, and project execution systems.
Requirements
