Responsibilities

• Drive collaboration between business leaders and technology teams to align priorities and execute strategic technology projects.
• Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles with a focus on financial accountability, including budget planning, tracking actuals versus forecast, cost optimization, and rigorous schedule management.
• Orchestrate software releases, crafting workflows and schedules to ensure everything runs smoothly from QA to production.
• Monitor project health, providing insightful updates to technical teams and executive stakeholders, highlighting achievements and course corrections where needed.
• Verify that project artifacts are created and that work aligns with audit and security requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets and resource allocations, and track key metrics.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across IT, product, and business operations, driving risk, issue, and change management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience leading technology projects in a retail or related environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, business administration, communications, or a related technical field.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, strong financial acumen, and project management skillset.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery for project workstreams.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid arrangement – in office 3 days a week (Houston, TX).
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, Planisware.
