Project Manager IT (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Plans, organizes and implements a company or client's technical projects. Main duties include coordinating production releases and roll‑outs, delegating tasks to the necessary employees and presenting on projects' progress and results.
Portfolio visibility and prioritization:
Build a clean, well‑owned master data foundation on the existing stack (Microsoft, Planisware) for reliable portfolio visibility, prioritization, and risk categorization across

Structure process knowledge into a reusable, ISA-88‑aligned asset so transfers from development to operations run faster and at lower risks
Help develop MS&T further as a functioning interface
Enable MS&T to act in practice as the reliable link between R&D and TechOps to accelerate tech transfers
Establish a general, technology‑enabled efficiency approach that can be applied across both tasks, so MS&T delivers consistent output at speed and low risk
Turn person‑dependent know‑how into structured, reusable ways of working that stay with the team and scale across both areas.
Qualification:
Experience with pre-processing of input data, using of advanced data processing techniques
Knowledge of Natural Language Processing and/or language models for extracted textual and tabular data, use of visual language models to interpret diagrams
Senior (+7 years relevant experience) - CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, MCSE, or similar certification. Experience in a project management role. Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals. Understanding of software development life cycle.at least three years of experience in a related role, the ability to communicate, formal training, and a PMP certification. Certification can be acquired through a professional association, a university or college, or through a specially focused online learning program.
