Caddell Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager for international assignments. The role involves overseeing complex construction projects across multiple international locations, coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensuring safety, budget, and schedule compliance.
Ideal candidates have extensive construction management experience, a degree in a related field, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities -Strong written and verbal communication skills. Requires excellent technical and time management skills. Strong client relations skills are a must. Ability to develop a working knowledge of all applicable Caddell processes and procedures. Ability to communicate and work with multinational and multi-disciplined employees. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Education / Experience -Minimum high school diploma/GED and 15 years total construction management experience required. Four-year degree in building science, construction management, or engineering preferred and minimum 10 years total construction management experience preferred.
Certifications, Licenses, etc.: -(Should be able to submit certifications upon request and obtain a medical clearance before deployment) Current clearance, or the ability to obtain, a Department of Defense minimum secret security clearance required. U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance required.
