Caddell Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Commercial to lead large-scale projects across multiple locations including Phoenix. You will mentor project managers and superintendents, verify estimates, and supervise all construction activities to ensure scope, budget and schedule alignment.
The role requires a 4-year degree in engineering or construction management and substantial PM experience, with emphasis on safety, client relations, and on-site leadership.

Construction setting, travel required, full time. Must have the ability to crawl, climb, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, kneel, crouch, stand for longs periods of time, lift and hold in excess of 50lbs, talk, hear and occasionally sit. Must have the ability to withstand confined spaces and or/extreme heights while negotiating tasks at hand in a safe manner to themselves and/or others. Subject to hot, cold, humid and wet conditions depending on location.
Construction Executive or Vice President

Minimum high school diploma/GED and 15 years experience as a project manager. Four-year degree in engineering or construction management and 15 years' experience preferred. Experience with automation or manufacturing/production remodels preferred.
Shows leadership, concise execution of plans, vision of project future, and effective communication of vision to subordinates, integrity, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of all applicable Caddell processes and procedures. Strong client relations skills are a must. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
