As a Project Manager Intern, you will support planning, tracking, collaboration across teams, and ensure safety protocols are followed, gaining practical knowledge from conception to completion.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an engineering, construction management, or related program.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions, manage multiple tasks, and work well as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of project management concepts (scheduling, budgeting) is a plus but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Planning: assist with scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Track Progress: develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
• Collaborate Across Teams: work with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure Compliance: monitor project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with Risk Management: identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support Field and Office Coordination: coordinate tasks between field crews and offices.
• Follow Safety Protocols: adhere to safety regulations.
