Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program (construction management, civil engineering, or similar).

• Eager to learn and take a proactive approach; basic plan reading is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, and management alongside project teams.
• Assist in documenting projects, including reports, plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related challenges.
• Spend time on construction sites to observe and participate in activities.
• Learn construction methods, materials, equipment, and safety procedures while collaborating with crew.
