Job summary

You will work with experienced project managers, receive mentorship, and build knowledge in safety, quality control, and risk management while supporting field and office teams through the summer.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an engineering, construction management, or related program.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Planning: Assist project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and quality control tasks across active construction projects.
• Track Progress: Help develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to support project success.
• Ensure Compliance: Assist in monitoring project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with Risk Management: Help identify and track project risks, and support the implementation of mitigation strategies.
• Support Field and Office Coordination: Collaborate with project teams and crew members to keep tasks moving effectively and efficiently.
• Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to help maintain a safe work environment.
• Learn and Develop Skills: Take advantage of mentorship and hands‑on learning opportunities to build project management knowledge and skills.
