We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Indianapolis, IN team who has experience in instrumentation, process equipment, and procurement to lead complex ISP projects from concept through delivery.

What You Will Do
  • Lead full project lifecycle execution (scope, schedule, budget, quality)
  • Manage instrumentation and process equipment packages
  • Drive procurement strategy, vendor selection, and technical evaluations
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, clients, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
  • Identify risks and drive project performance improvements
What You Bring
  • 9+ years of project management experience in industrial or regulated environments
  • Expertise in instrumentation, engineered systems, or process equipment
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and technical specifications
  • Experience in life sciences, pharma, or biotech preferred
  • PMP certification is a plus
