Job summary

Promera is a leading provider of critical environment management and infrastructure solutions serving data centers and mission-critical facilities. The Project Manager will own the successful execution of IPS projects from contract award through final customer acceptance, overseeing safety, schedule, budget, customer satisfaction, quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction, specialty contracting, infrastructure installation or data centers.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting and project profitability.
• Proficient in interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specs, detail callouts, schedules, and legends.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, 3D modeling, rendering tools, and other construction visualization technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer management skills.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel.
• OSHA 30, PMP, and data center experience preferred

Job Details: Job Location: New Florence, MO - New Florence , MO 12345, Position Type: Full-Time, Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00, Travel Percentage: Up to 50% , Job Shift: Any, Promera is a leading provider of critical environment management and infrastructure solutions serving data centers and mission-critical facilities. Through our IPS business, we provide design support, project management, procurement, and installation of containment systems, security cages, raised access flooring, conveyance solutions, and environmental monitoring systems.

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of IPS projects from contract award through final customer acceptance. The role owns safety, schedule, budget, customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability while coordinating customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and installation teams.

What You’ll Work On
