Job summary

Promera seeks a Project Manager to drive IPS projects from contract award through final customer acceptance. You will own safety, schedule, budget, and profitability while coordinating customers, suppliers, subcontractors and installation teams.

You will lead planning, staffing, and forecasting efforts; interpret architectural and MEP drawings; and ensure quality and timely delivery. Travel and field leadership are part of the role as projects span critical environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction, infrastructure installation, or data center environments.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and project profitability.
• Proficient in interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPS projects from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate containment, cages, flooring, conveyance, and environmental monitoring projects.
• Manage procurement, logistics, subcontractors and field teams; maintain project documentation.

Through our IPS business, we provide design support, project management, procurement, and installation of containment systems, security cages, raised access flooring, conveyance solutions, and environmental monitoring systems.The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of IPS projects from contract award through final customer acceptance.
