Job summary

MPI is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple commercial interior, secure facility, and federal construction projects. You will independently manage schedules, financials, subcontractors, and project delivery from turnover to closeout.

The role emphasizes coordination with internal teams and clients, adherence to budgets and timelines, and travel to project sites as needed. A U.S. citizen with OSHA-30 readiness is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of construction financial management, forecasting, and job profitability.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project scheduling and schedule maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of RFI and change management processes.
  • Experience with commercial interiors; secure facility or SCIF experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with construction management platforms like Procore/Bluebeam.
  • Experience with Vista, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project is preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain with company support.

Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple construction projects simultaneously from turnover through closeout.
  • Leading subcontractor and vendor coordination to ensure quality, budget, and schedule goals are achieved.
  • Developing, maintaining, and adjusting project schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Preparing and managing project financials, including forecasting, cost-to-complete analysis, profitability tracking, and reporting.
  • Administering RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documentation.
  • Partnering with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project execution and communication.
  • Overseeing commercial interior renovations, executive office buildouts, secure environments, and other specialty projects.
  • Traveling to project sites as needed to support project delivery and client relationships.
  • Utilizing construction management software to track progress, documentation, and project performance.
  • Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.

Description

Profile
