Job summary

Promera is seeking a Project Manager for IPS projects in the United States. You will lead projects from planning through closeout, coordinating containment systems, cages, flooring, conveyance, and environmental monitoring installations.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and customer communications while ensuring safety and profitability. Travel to sites and strong collaboration with customers, suppliers and installers are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction, specialty contracting, infrastructure installation or data centers.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting and project profitability.
• Proficient in interpreting and analyzing architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specifications, detail callouts, schedules, and legends.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, 3D modeling, rendering tools, and other construction visualization technologies preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• OSHA 30, PMP, and data center experience preferred

Promera is a leading provider of critical environment management and infrastructure solutions serving data centers and mission-critical facilities. Through our IPS business, we provide design support, project management, procurement, and installation of containment systems, security cages, raised access flooring, conveyance solutions, and environmental monitoring systems.

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of IPS projects from contract award through final customer acceptance. The role owns safety, schedule, budget, customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability while coordinating customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and installation teams.
