firstPRO, Inc seeks a Project Manager to oversee industrial projects in our Georgia operations. You will lead projects from kickoff to closeout, coordinating with engineers, field personnel, and clients to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and compliance with GMP/USP standards.

The role requires a engineering or construction management background, ability to read P&IDs and drawings, and strong Excel skills for tracking costs, schedules, and change orders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or related field.
• Experience managing industrial/engineering projects.
• Ability to read P&IDs and mechanical drawings.
• Proficient in Excel for project tracking and financial reporting.
• Experience with design and modeling tools like AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule, and oversee piping cleaning, passivation, derouging, disinfection, and chemical cleaning projects.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, providing project updates and addressing questions, risks, and changes.
• Track budgets, labor hours, materials, milestones, and project costs while managing change orders and billing.
• Review P&IDs, isometrics, mechanical drawings, and 3D plant models to support planning and execution.
• Manage proposals, submittals, project files, technical reports, certificates, and final documentation packages.
• Ensure projects meet customer specifications, GMP/USP requirements, safety standards, and internal procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve project workflows and documentation.
