Job summary

FirstPRO, Inc. in Apex, NC seeks a Project Manager to oversee projects from kickoff through closeout, coordinating with engineering teams, field personnel, and leadership to ensure safe, efficient delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline preferred.
• Experience reading and interpreting P&IDs, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for project tracking and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee piping cleaning, passivation, derouging, disinfection, and chemical cleaning projects.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, providing project updates and proactively addressing questions, risks, and changes.
• Track budgets, labor hours, materials, milestones, and project costs while managing change orders and billing.
• Review P&IDs, isometrics, mechanical drawings, and 3D plant models to support project planning and execution.
• Manage proposals, submittals, project files, technical reports, certificates, and final documentation packages.
• Ensure projects meet customer specifications, applicable GMP/USP requirements, safety standards, and internal procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, documentation, and overall execution.
