Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is hiring Project Managers to lead design-build construction programs across data center, advanced technology, industrial, and mission-critical projects. You will manage complex scopes, coordinate with field teams, and drive project success on a growing national platform.

Ideal candidates have GC/design-build PM experience, strong financial and subcontractor skills, and willingness to travel to assignments.

Qualifications

• GC/design-build project management experience.
• Experience delivering ground-up or technically complex construction.
• Strong financial and subcontractor-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to travel to project assignments as needed.
• Data center experience preferred; candidate experience in advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, aviation, healthcare or distribution is welcome.

We're interested in proven builders who can manage complex scopes and want the project pipeline and advancement opportunities associated with a major national construction platform.

• Manage subcontractor performance and project schedules
