Job summary

P&E Constructors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee industrial fabrication projects from award through engineering, procurement, fabrication, QA, delivery, and closeout. You will liaise with clients, shop personnel, vendors, and internal teams to ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance with contract and quality requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3–7 years of project management experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial construction.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and fabrication tracking software.

Responsibilities

Develop project execution plans, WBS, fabrication schedules, and reporting metrics.
Review specifications, drawings, and quality standards to define scope.
Coordinate handoff from estimating/sales through fabrication and delivery.
Lead kickoff meetings and establish customer/internal communication plans.
Monitor schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
