Job summary

Walbridge is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale equipment installation projects for industrial manufacturing clients across automotive, metals, and power sectors in the United States. You will direct project strategy, plans, and budgets from award through close-out.

The role requires coordinating self-perform teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing process equipment installation experience.
• 3+ years of management experience in equipment installation.
• Experience managing self-perform industrial projects of at least $1MM.
• Experience leading project teams from contract award to project close-out.
• Willingness to travel; valid US driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, procurement, safety, and progress.
• Monitor performance with metrics and adjust plans.
• Ensure QA and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve outcomes.
• Oversee construction to ensure design, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Lead crews and subcontractors; plan logistics and engineering.
• Manage contract requirements, oversee changes, and project documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project records and compliance.
