• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven architecture
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with administrators and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain automated flows, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled processes
• Conduct code reviews and uphold development standards to ensure solutions are performant, secure, and maintainable
• Support release management, including version control, sandbox management, and deployment via tools such as Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines
• Participate in architectural reviews and contribute to platform strategy and roadmap planning
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the Salesforce org
• Produce technical documentation, including design specs, data flow diagrams, and runbooks
• Mentor junior developers and administrators, share knowledge, and promote best practices across the team
