Job summary

Full Potential Solutions (FPS) is seeking a Project Manager to manage a range of business and technology projects of moderate complexity. You will coordinate scope, timelines, and resources using traditional and Agile methods, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate excels at managing projects independently, contributing to Agile practices, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or similar role delivering projects with defined scope, timelines and delivery.
• 1–2 years working with Agile teams using Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO), including participation in scrum ceremonies.
• Familiarity with task planning, dependencies, and resource coordination.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• General knowledge of technology and business operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Spend around 60% of time managing projects through Discovery to Delivery phases.
• Manage project delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Identify risks and issues and support mitigation planning.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and team members.
• Follow established project management processes and maintain documentation.
• Support project delivery from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Track resource needs and assist with utilization planning.
• Communicate budget and task status across teams.
• Align deliverables with business objectives and report progress.
• Coordinate final delivery activities including UAT, implementation and sign-off.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to identify solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and assets.
• Work with product and business teams to define requirements and estimate effort.

Position Summary

Project Managers are responsible for managing a range of business and technology projects of moderate complexity. They support the delivery of solutions by coordinating project scope, timelines, and resources using both traditional and Agile methodologies. Project Managers work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication, timely execution, and alignment with business goals.

This role will manage a variety of projects, including initiatives that span both business operations and technical implementations. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing projects independently and contributing to Agile practices in a collaborative environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include the following. Other responsibilities may be assigned.

• Spend approximately 60% of time managing projects through various phases of software development (Discovery → Delivery), 20% gathering requirements for smaller-scale efforts, and 20% on reporting, metrics, and resource coordination.
• Manage project delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Identify and escalation risks and issues, and support mitigation planning.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and team members.
• Follow established project management processes and maintain documentation.
• Support project delivery from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Track resource needs and assist with utilization planning.
• Communicate budget and task status clearly across teams.
• Align project deliverables with business objectives and report progress accordingly.
• Coordinate final delivery activities including UAT, implementation, and sign-off.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to identify solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and assets.
• Work with product and business teams to define requirements and estimate effort.

• Experience in financial services or loan servicing is a plus.
