Lucid Labs is a specialized consultancy for German mid-sized businesses. We automate operational decisions using applied AI and our own platform, which runs in production at customer sites. Our pipeline is growing faster than our team. We are looking for someone to take over our customer projects and grow into full responsibility for their own customers over the next twelve months.
You take over customer projects: discovery, workshops, and ongoing implementation. In the first few weeks, you work together with someone who already knows how, and then independently. You manage several customers in parallel, with significantly more depth per customer than in traditional consulting. You report directly to the founder and work closely with our engineering team. This means decisions take minutes, not weeks. You are the point of contact for your projects, usually working directly with the management teams of our customers. You prepare and lead workshops, hold weekly calls and demos, scope projects, and translate requirements for engineering. Your measure of success: after a few weeks, your customers are working measurably differently. You build initial prototypes yourself, using modern AI tools and without programming. This is the slide that works. You will learn how to do this with us, and it is the part of the role where you will grow fastest. Workshops are also a sales tool for us. You help prepare opportunities, participate in sales discussions, and over time take on follow-up opportunities with your own existing customers. Because we are in a growth phase, the templates, checklists, and processes you develop in your projects will become the standard the delivery team works by. During your first 6-8 weeks, you join ongoing projects, gradually take over individual workshops and calls, and learn our tools—not in training, but with real customers and someone by your side. After about three months, you lead 2-3 customer projects yourself, with a sparring partner supporting you. After six months, you manage your customers independently and can do things you could not do at the start: take apart a process, build a prototype, and guide a managing director through a decision.
You build the skill that every consultancy and company is currently looking for, and apply it every week with real customers. New tools do not sit on a roadmap with us; they are used in a real project that same week. From day one, you work alongside people who already know how-in projects, not seminars. Your questions get answered. What you build gets feedback. You work directly with decision-makers: with customer management teams and with our founder. Your recommendations are implemented, not archived, and you see the results within weeks. We work with focus, but predictably: no pitch weekends, no Sunday final edits. Customer workshops are mostly remote, and travel is the exception. This role grows into full responsibility for your own customers in 12-18 months-and after that, the opportunity to help build the delivery team. Marek was a co-founder of Flightright, through its successful exit. You work wherever you want. On Wednesdays, we meet as a team at EDGE Coworking near the main train station. If you live farther away, you can come less often by arrangement, and if you like working in the office, you can come more often at any time. We work with Cursor, Claude, and the best tools available. Our culture is about ownership instead of micromanagement. We would rather make a smart bet in two weeks and learn from it than polish something for three months that nobody has validated. We share our knowledge and learn together as a team.
