Qualifications

• 6–8+ лет опыта в разработке ПО
• Уверенное владение Python

• Опыт методов оценки, мониторинга и observability
• Умение мыслить системно, видеть trade-offs
• Свободное владение английским языком
• Будет плюсом: Django или аналогичный фреймворк

Responsibilities

• Взятие на себя владения ключевыми частями архитектуры AI и ПО
• Проектирование и разработка масштабируемых систем агентов на основе AI
• Работа над LLM-ориентированными системами: промптинг, tooling, memory
• Обеспечение надежности и качества выходных данных через мониторинг и guardrails
• Разработка фреймворков наблюдаемости и оценки, регрессионное тестирование
• Сотрудничество с Product/Business для перевода задач в масштабируемые решения

Cito develops CERA AI, an AI agent that automates operational logistics processes and replaces manual dispatching with intelligent, data-driven decisions to improve efficiency, speed, and scalability.

Задачи

• Take ownership of key parts of the AI and software architecture
• Design and develop scalable AI agent systems, including multi-step reasoning, decision pipelines, and tool use
• Build and improve LLM-based systems, including prompting, tooling, memory, and orchestration
• Ensure the reliability and quality of AI outputs through evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails
• Build observability and evaluation frameworks, including regression testing for AI systems
• Work with Product and Business to turn operational problems into scalable technical solutions
• Make technical decisions with long-term impact on architecture, stack, and scalability
• Ship solutions used by customers

Требования

• 6–8+ Years of experience in software engineering
• Strong Python skills
• Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or similar
• Understanding of AI system design beyond API integration
• Experience with evaluation methods, monitoring, and observability
• Ability to think in systems rather than individual features
• Strong understanding of trade-offs between speed, reliability, and quality
• High ownership and ability to work independently
• Pragmatic mindset focused on building, shipping, and improving real products
• Professional working proficiency in English
