StarTekk is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead complex initiatives in government-related domains. You will own detailed work plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive requirements gathering, analysis, and design documentation from concept to deployment.

You bring 15+ years of PM experience, strong proficiency with mainframe development, SQL, and comprehensive testing cycles including unit, system, and UAT support.

• 8+ years application development and support for mainframe systems.
