Job summary

Rheem North America is seeking a Project Manager III to lead the full life cycle of New Product Introduction projects, including planning, scope definition, design, execution and delivery, while ensuring milestones and budgets are met.

This hybrid role supports multiple sites, notably Fort Smith AR, Indianapolis IN, Oxnard CA, and Atlanta (Roswell) GA, with in-office Monday-Thursday and remote Fridays. The position oversees resourcing, staffing, and progress reporting for NPI projects.

Job description

TheProject Manager IIIwill be responsiblefor all aspects of the project life cycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery. The role manages project planning, resourcing, staffing, and progress reporting for (NPI) New Product Introduction projects. The position will also utilizes Stage Gate Process and project management tools to track progress toward milestones, budgetary guidelines and other performance indicators.

This position will support Rheem North America, and can be located in either Fort Smith, Arkansas, Indianapolis, Indiana, Oxnard, California or Atlanta (Roswell), Georgia. This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
