Job summary

Nortekhvac is seeking a Project Manager III to lead end-to-end New Product Introduction projects, from planning through delivery. You will manage project scope, staffing, and progress reporting while applying Stage Gate processes and budget guidelines.

The role supports Rheem North America and can be located in several US sites, with a hybrid schedule (office Mon-Thu, remote Fri). Ideal candidates have strong project management skills, experience with NPIs, and proven ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• Experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Ability to manage budgets, milestones and milestones reporting.

Job description

TheProject Manager IIIwill be responsiblefor all aspects of the project life cycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery. The role manages project planning, resourcing, staffing, and progress reporting for (NPI) New Product Introduction projects. The position will also utilizes Stage Gate Process and project management tools to track progress toward milestones, budgetary guidelines and other performance indicators.

This position will support Rheem North America, and can be located in either Fort Smith, Arkansas, Indianapolis, Indiana, Oxnard, California or Atlanta (Roswell), Georgia. This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
