Job summary

Rheem North America seeks a Project Manager IV to own end-to-end project delivery for New Product Introduction initiatives. You will drive planning, scope, design, execution and delivery across cross-functional teams.

Hybrid role in Fort Smith, AR or San Antonio, TX with on-site work Monday-Thursday and remote Fridays. You will coordinate resourcing and reporting to ensure milestones and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing all aspects of a project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project lifecycle from planning to delivery for NPI projects.
• Manage project planning, resourcing, staffing and progress reporting.
• Utilize Stage Gate Process and PM tools to track milestones, budgets and performance indicators.

TheProject Manager IV will be responsiblefor all aspects of the project life cycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery. The role manages project planning, resourcing, staffing, and progress reporting for (NPI) New Product Introduction projects. The position will also utilizes Stage Gate Process and project management tools to track progress toward milestones, budgetary guidelines and other performance indicators.

This position will support Rheem North America, and can be located in either Fort Smith, Arkansas, San Antonio, Texas. This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
