Job summary

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a Project Manager III to lead complex electric utility construction projects and may manage multiple projects concurrently. This hybrid traveling role will be based in KC with a long-term project in Branson, MO, involving three days onsite per week and travel lodging covered.

The PM III will drive profitability, client relationships, and team leadership while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-7 years of progressive project management experience in utility construction.
• Proven ability to manage large or complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen and contract management experience.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• PMP certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the metro area.

About this Role

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a Project Manager III to lead complex electric utility construction projects and may manage multiple projects concurrently. This role has increased responsibility for financial performance, client relationships, and team leadership. The PM III serves as a key contributor to regional operational success.

***This position is a hybrid traveling role for a long term project in Branson, MO. This includes 3 days onsite at project in Branson (Mon-Fri), if more is required based on business it will be arranged between you and management. Fuel is covered for company travel, and lodging/meals will be covered while traveling. When not traveling, you will be based in KC at our regional office.***
