PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a Project Manager III to lead complex electric utility construction projects in Branson, MO. The role involves managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships, with field-based responsibilities and leadership of project teams.

The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering/construction management, 5–10 years of PM experience in utilities, and PMP certification within 60 days. Relocation to the metro area may be required as projects progress.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive project management experience in utility construction.
• PMP certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Strong financial acumen and contract management experience.

• Develop and manage detailed project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Oversee Superintendents, Project Engineers, and support staff.
• Drive project profitability through effective cost control and risk management.

• Lead change management, claims resolution, and contract administration.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and develop less-experienced project staff.
• Provide regular performance updates to regional leadership.

About this Role

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a Project Manager III to lead complex electric utility construction projects and may manage multiple projects concurrently. This role has increased responsibility for financial performance, client relationships, and team leadership. The PM III serves as a key contributor to regional operational success.

**This will be field based in Branson, MO**

What You'll Do

• Lead planning and execution of complex transmission and distribution projects

What You'll Bring

• Proven ability to manage large or complex projects and multiple stakeholders

• Strong financial acumen and contract management experience

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

• Proficiency with project management, scheduling, and cost control tools

• Commitment to PAR Electric’s safety-first culture

• PMP certification required within 60 days of hire.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the metro area.
