Job summary

NextEdge is seeking a Project Manager II to lead mid-size data center infrastructure projects. You will coordinate carriers, ISPs, and facility owners, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality across deployments. Strong electrical construction background is valued.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet customer requirements on time and within scope. Occasional travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, engineering, information technology, telecommunications, or related field preferred
• 2–4+ years of project management or related infrastructure experience, with exposure to electrical scope beyond typical telecom site deployments

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of data center infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with carriers, ISPs, and facility owners.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams, client stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee electrical scopes including utility service, grounding, switchgear, panels, and energization.
• Track progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Create and maintain project documentation and customer updates.
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership.
