Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Project Manager II for on-site leadership of commercial construction projects from planning to closeout.

You will drive safety, schedule adherence, budget control, and quality standards while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, a CM/engineering degree, and proven leadership in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively lead project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex construction schedules and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, professionally, on time, and within budget.
• Supervise project activities and provide leadership to project teams.
• Identify and resolve project issues, schedule conflicts, and plan discrepancies.
• Monitor project costs, profitability, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Perform additional project management duties as assigned.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Project Manager II is responsible for leading commercial construction projects from planning through

completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality

standards. This role oversees project coordination, manages project activities, provides leadership to

project teams, and supports the company's core values of Safety, Integrity, Trust, and Excellence.

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution.
