Job summary

AHU technology seeks an experienced Superintendent II for an on-site role in Las Vegas, NV. You will oversee daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and drive schedules, safety, and quality across commercial construction projects.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10+ years of field experience with 3+ years in supervision, strong leadership, and a track record of coordinating multifamily/commercial builds while maintaining budget and schedule.

• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing, and building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.

• Ability to mentor field staff and manage multiple subcontractors.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Superintendent II is responsible for overseeing daily jobsite operations and ensuring commercial

construction projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project

plans and quality standards. This role provides on-site leadership, manages subcontractors, coordinates

project logistics, enforces safety compliance, and serves as the primary field representative throughout all

phases of construction.
