Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee diverse cross-functional initiatives. You will lead full lifecycles from requirements gathering to deployment, coordinating resources, budgets, and schedules with stakeholders across the organization.

The role requires 3+ years in project management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS-Project and MS-Office. Healthcare experience is preferred and the company supports flexible hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience working with and leading diverse groups in matrix environments.
• Proficient with MS-Project or other project management software and MS-Office applications.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee projects with cross-functional teams.
• Manage full lifecycle: requirements, plans, schedules, resources, budget, execution, and closure.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and negotiate resources.
• Create milestone documents, dashboards, ROI tables, and success metrics.
