Qualifications

• 4–7 years leading projects for controls-based systems or electrical installs.
• Travel up to 25% (including weekends).
• Strong project management background.
• Thorough knowledge of MHE control and electrical systems.
• Typically 5+ years in material handling industry.
• Proactive, hands-on work ethic with problem solving.
• Team leadership and collaboration skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Projects, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from sales handoff to customer acceptance and standby support.
• Resolve issues with minimal direction from upper management.
• Set deadlines, assign tasks, monitor progress, report to management.
• Direct project team with task assignments and deadlines.
• Maintain project schedule, open actions, and risk logs.
• Coordinate with engineering and vendors for material orders/deliveries.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for all projects.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with actionable plans.
• Communicate with management, customers, and end-users.
• Review contracts with customers and end-users.
