As aProject Manager II – CDx Pharma Services, you will play a key role in optimized product delivery and be accountable for all project management aspects of projects ranging from simple to complex. You will drive projects and products from the original concept through completion by developing and directing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource planning, and status reports.

As a trusted advisor, you will translate project needs into tangible outcomes, enabling the organization to use energy and time effectively while quickly responding to changing business needs.
Project Execution & Improvement:Manage multiple small and large improvement projects, process improvement projects, and other business-related initiatives from initiation through completion. Track progress of activities and manage execution of cross-functional plans.
Operations & Compliance:Facilitate cross-functional interactions to ensure projects are completed within deadlines and in compliance with the service plan. Oversee and guide day-to-day activities of sample process flow and accurate reporting of results.
Resource & Data Management:Responsible for the data integrity of resource trackers and capacity charts, ensuring projects align with best practices. Manage the CAPEX budget, update/maintain dashboards, and communicate project reports to stakeholders.
Strategic Best Practices:Implement and pull in best practices within the clinical sciences team; foster continuous improvement by ensuring knowledge and experience exchange.
Risk & Requirement Management:Proactively identify project risks, potential bottlenecks, or delays; challenge assumptions, and perform critical path analysis. Maintain clear documentation of project requirements and conduct “lessons learned” sessions to drive future improvement.
Stakeholder Management:Engage, influence, and manage a diverse group of stakeholders, ensuring all partners are aligned on project goals and deliverables.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Life sciences preferred)
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in project management within the diagnostic, medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry, leading product development or process improvement projects.
Soft Skills & Attributes:
Exceptional communication and organization skills.
Proven ability to work through unknowns and ambiguity with a solution-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated capability in managing diverse, cross-functional stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including MS Project.
Proficiency in the Google Suite environment
Speed & Agility:
Experience with projects or business initiatives that require rapid activity achievement.
Advanced Education:Master’s degree
Certification:PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Methodology Experience:Experience with Scrum/Agile project management methodologies
Pay Rate Range: $30-42/hr depending on experience
